    Welcome to Waterside Apartments, a family owned business started by Vangelis αnd Teresa in 1980 and now run by their daughter Tonia.

     Waterside will take your breath away with the stunning views of the port of Agia Efimia and Ithaka, Situated by the seaside, the studios have direct access to the sea with a beautiful garden where you can relax and sunbathe indulging in the romantic view of the sea.  Waterside apartments are located in the colourful coastal village of Agia Efimia on the charming island of Kefalonia. Waterside is perfect for family holidays or a romantic getaway.

“Stunning views, just a perfect holiday”
 
We have stayed at the Waterside twice now and both times we couldn't find fault with it. Tonia is wonderful, she couldn't do enough for us, nothing was too much trouble. The apartments are basic but spotlessly clean and the airconditioning was a welcome blessing as the weather was gorgeous. The gardens are amazing, lovely to relax in and look out over the bay watching the yachts arrive. Just a few steps down from the garden and you were on the rocks and able to have a swim in the sea. (bliss) Agia Effimia itself is a beautiful place, we found the people friendly and there are lots of tavernas to choose from if you fancy eating out. We will definately be returning to the Waterside again.

“Fantastic! Really good value for money”
 
We stayed in a room overlooking the bay and could watch the sunrise from our bed. Booking could not have been more simple. The room was very well equipped and this was our first visit to anywhere in Greece where the plumbing actually worked! The shower was hot and didn't flood the whole room and the loo flushed properly. The room was cleaned every day. We consider these apartments to be the best in the village and would definitely revisit in the future. The added bonus of a beautiful garden was lovely.
